Creating Affirmations

Get a fresh note book to write your affirmations 

  • Decide what you would like or what you want to manifest in your  life 
  • Write out an affirmation e.g. " I have a fantastic new job" or " I love my new job"
  • Make sure the affirmation is written in the present tense as if it has already happened.
  • Write this affirmation down 15 times a day in your note book 
  • Repeat this Affirmation to your self as often as you can during the day
